**A 57-year-old Minnesota man accused of killing a state lawmaker and her husband in a shooting rampage last month has been indicted on six federal charges, prosecutors announced on Wednesday.**

**Vance Boelter faces stalking and murder charges that could carry a maximum sentence of life in prison or the death penalty, according to the US Attorney's Office in Minnesota.**
