Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that Ukraine and Russia will hold a new round of peace negotiations in Istanbul on Wednesday. The announcement comes days after US President Donald Trump threatened Russia with"severe" sanctions if no ceasefire is reached within 50 days.
